We offer a 14-day money back guarantee with free returns. The return period closes two weeks after the date of delivery shown by USPS tracking or other shipping service. Returns must be announced before the close of the return period and must be received in the same condition as it was delivered or the return will not be accepted. Please ship carefully to protect the condition of the piece.
Additionally, our policy is that once an alteration is made we consider the item non-returnable. We do offer alterations with our team of skilled jewelers however our recommendation is to purchase and receive the item beforehand to be sure you like the piece in person and then have any alterations such as ring sizing or earring back conversions done with your local jeweler.
If you want to have your alteration done with one of Pangea’s expert jewelers the details and price must be discussed as part of the transaction, preferably before the item is purchased so we can alter the return policy, price to include alteration, and handling time (alterations may add 7-10 business days to the delivery date depending on jeweler availability and the alterations being made).
Alternatively you can discuss alterations with us after you have received the item and know you want to keep it, just contact us regarding your alteration plans and we will negotiate the details and price of the alteration and shipping process.
